CHALLENGE // Rate needed a launch campaign for the new home search feature in its mobile app. But with competitors like Redfin, Zillow and Realtor already well established in home search, Rate’s campaign needed a unique angle to set it apart.

SOLUTION // While home search was the new feature, we focused our campaign on the novel benefit to users — Rate’s comprehensive suite of features. With home search in place, Rate’s platform was the first to enable every step of the home buying journey from home search and finding a loan officer to mortgage pre-approval and closing. The strategy was captured in the campaign’s simple, approachable line “Search and buy, all in one place.” and used in assets across video, OOH, social, display, email, direct mail and print collateral.
